At De Moly, made-to-order, custom, and one-of-a-kind pieces are created with intention and care. Each piece is produced specifically for the individual customer. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Definition

• Made-to-Order: Items produced after an order is placed, based on selected size or specifications.

• Custom Pieces: Items created or adjusted according to specific customer requests, measurements, or design modifications.

• One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Limited or unique pieces made using exclusive or discontinued fabrics, with only one piece available.

2. Production & Availability

• Production timelines will be stated on the product page or communicated at the time of order

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to fabric availability, craftsmanship, or unforeseen circumstances

• For one-of-a-kind pieces, availability is strictly limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis

3. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation

• Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received

4. No Cancellation, No Return, No Refund

Due to the personalized nature of these pieces:

• All made-to-order, custom, and one-of-a-kind purchases are final

• Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed

Please ensure that all sizing, specifications, and details are reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Requests for changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement

• Once production has begun, changes may not be possible

• Any approved changes may incur additional charges

6. Measurements & Fit

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements (where applicable)

• De Moly shall not be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer

7. Natural Variations

As each piece is crafted individually or in limited quantities, slight variations in color, texture, fabric placement, or measurements may occur. These variations are considered part of the design process and do not constitute defects

​

8. One-of-a-Kind Disclaimer

For one-of-a-kind pieces, once an order is confirmed, the item is considered sold and removed from availability. No replicas or reproductions will be made.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for a made-to-order, custom, or one-of-a-kind piece, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
