Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At De Moly, each piece is designed and handled with care. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. General

All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to review and approval by De Moly. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Returns (Ready Stock Only)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready stock items only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Item must show no signs of use, damage, odor, or alteration

3. Exchanges (Ready Stock Only)

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Exchanges are limited to ready stock items only

4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only to approved returns of ready stock items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Pre-order items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Custom pieces

  • One-of-a-kind pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories or items marked as non-returnable

6. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at demoly.contact@gmail.com/ +6011 3129 3288 within the stated timeframe and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Requests made outside the eligible period will not be accepted.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and advise on the next steps accordingly.

9. Final Sale

All approved returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to final inspection.
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the conditions stated above.

10. Policy Updates

De Moly reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
