This is our Customer Care section. It is a section to explain the terms by which you use MOLY.MY online services and websites. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible.
Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
MAKING A PURCHASE
At MYMOLY.NET/, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that the item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Cash on Delivery (pay cash upon delivery) is available within selected cities in Malaysia.
You will be required to sign an invoice upon delivery, which will confirm and ensure the collection of your cash.
Cash on Delivery payments is available via Next Day Delivery only.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order will be processed and shipped out within 3 days upon receiving the full payment. Please note that parcels will usually arrive in 1-3 working days (West Malaysia), 3-5days (East Malaysia). Delivery might delay due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, accidents etc.
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
NEXT DAY DELIVERY/ SELF COLLECT
MOLY.MY is now offering next day delivery service for Klang Valley area. The delivery fee shall be borne by the buyer. For Self- Collect, kindly contact us for pick up location.

Same day delivery orders are fulfilled by a personal runner.

If the runner arrive but delivery fails due to no-one receiving it, it will be re-delivered on the next day and extra charge.

Request to change delivery address will be fulfilled on a best effort basis, and additional charges may incur.

Delivery might delay due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, accidents etc.
