All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders per customer, per address, or per transaction.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. De Moly shall not be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

East Malaysia: 4–9 working days
Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, accidents, or logistical disruptions.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the parcel pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Once a Dispatch Confirmation has been emailed, the shipment is under the responsibility of our third-party courier or postal service provider. De Moly shall not be liable for lost parcels in transit where valid proof of postage or dispatch has been provided. Any claims for loss or delay must be made directly with the courier service. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers in compensation claims where applicable.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of RM20 per order. All deliveries include a tracking number.
If you require an item urgently, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible via WhatsApp prior to placing your order to check availability and delivery options.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are subject to our Return Policy, which is provided separately on this website.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for return or exchange.
